I’ve never done one of these so I’m kind of excited.

10 years ago: I was 20. I had returned to BB after trying to be a beatnik in Oregon and hating it. I was working ski patrol at summit and loving it. Going to Jesse Pershel’s college study I ran into lovely blond vixen and thus the pursuit ensued.

5 years ago. i was graduating with a degree in design. Driving up and down the hill A LOT. Getting to know Drew Pocza whose been a good friend ever since.

1 year ago. We were living in port hueneme. a small, dank, little apartment surrounded by the coolest group of Hispanic kids I’ve ever met. They’d come up to the window, “hey. Can handsome (that’s what i call Ewan) come out and play?” we actually had a high speed pursuit end in our alley way. It was like an episode of cops without a TV set.

Yesterday: it’s 12:04 now so yesterday I was painting my bathroom. Just the trim. If I had a roller I’d still be doing that instead of this.
