This is great.

First a little back story:
I’ve been following the careers of Ryan Sims and Brad Smith. Both affluent in visual style and technical savvy. A while ago they headed to Boston to work with PureVolume a daughter company of unborn media.
Which finally brings us to Virb, a visually appealing alternative to myspace. And while in essence it works the same, it’s awfully nice to have something that looks, well, nice. The profile page is easily modified and it’ll sync photos directly from flickr. They’re also working on syncing info from a remote blog so you’re not entering info in two places.
