Duct Tape! Of course.

Mattie - Building a geared bike can get pretty involved. After upgrading components I realized how much subtly & expertise there was in getting things to work perfectly. But it could be a lot of fun. I'd look around for a good local shop to offer some guidance.

But there's also a heap of descent used bikes on craigslist. Having something as a starter might be a big help. And I also think that it takes some time on a bike to just figure out what you want.

Duct tape it to your head. Thats totally what I already do, even in the car.

But seriously, I wonder if there is, or if you could make, a shoulder bag with some sort of waste strap. Hmm.

I want to build a geared street bike Josh. Something nice looking but affordable to ride to school. Where is a good place to start?
